Two days of DEKA at Madrid Arena, 10 and 11 July 2027: teams on Saturday, FIT and MILE on Sunday, and STRONG on both days. From €50.
It is the most complete DEKA venue on the 2027 Spanish calendar: all five waves, with DEKA FIT elite on Sunday afternoon. DEKA STRONG runs on an outside track, apart from the main circuit, and can be raced on Saturday or Sunday.

How this sport works
This is the general rulebook, not the heat sheet of this venue.
Spartan’s decathlon-style format. DEKA FIT is 10 zones plus 5 km, with a 500 m run before each zone. DEKA MILE shortens the run and DEKA STRONG drops it. Team versions exist too. Loads and the heat schedule for each city are on the official entry page.
